Lunghezza Castle - photos made by working group students themselves

The Lunghezza Castle was built during the Middle Ages.

It belonged to the powerful Poli family. The Polis became Pope Bonifacio VIII’s enemies when they decided to give all the lands around the castle to a local monastery. In the end, the Pope gave to the noble Roman family of the Orsini this castle.
